Ryan J. Dolan

Ryan J. Dolan has been associated with the Real Estate Firm of Dolan & Murphy, Inc. since receiving his license in April of 1996. Ryan is the youngest son of company President Daniel D. Dolan and brother of company Vice President Brian K. Dolan and Treasurer Daniel T. Dolan.

Ryan is a 1991 graduate of Aurora Central Catholic High School and attended Waubonsee Community College and Kishwaukee College, respectively. In early November, 1999, Ryan completed coursework and obtained his broker’s license. Ryan has specialized in the sales and leasing of Commercial and Industrial property in and around the Fox Valley Area, as well as the listing and sales of farm and development land sites. Ryan oversees in excess of half a million square feet of Commercial, Industrial and Office property plus several hundred acres of farm and development land owned by Dolan & Murphy partnerships.

Ryan’s personal goal is to provide excellent customer service using his extensive knowledge and expertise developed from the many years of work, research and relationship building in this market. His mission is to make every client a lifelong client.
