We are thrilled to announce a remarkable milestone in the career of our esteemed broker, Daniel T. Dolan, this month marks his incredible 50th anniversary with Dolan & Murphy, Inc! A journey filled with dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence!
Dan T.'s Background
Dolan and Murphy, Inc. is a family team that Daniel has been a part of since 1973. Dan received his Real Estate license in 1974 and was awarded his CCIM designation by the Realtors National Marketing Institute in 1982. As a Real Estate Broker/Developer, Dolan has represented such companies as The Levy Organization, McDonald’s, Marriott, Aldi, Inc., Walgreens, BP Amoco, and Mobile Oil, as well as several other retail tenants, and is affiliated with select individual investors throughout Europe.
In 1981, Daniel began syndicating real estate through Private Illinois Limited Partnerships. During the early 1990s, he formed several land partnerships to purchase, develop, and build various retail, office, and specialty-use buildings, a practice he continues to this day. In May 1999, he established Dolan & Murphy Management, L.L.C. to provide management services for his partnerships and other properties throughout Aurora and the Fox Valley. Today, this entity manages over 370,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties.
Dolan has been actively involved with several philanthropic endeavors throughout the community over his 50 years in business. Dolan has always believed that he can make a difference, and his approach is to “Sheppard the old, heal and protect the young, and feed the hungry”. Dolan has made a conscientious decision, at this point in his career and life, to concentrate on two major endeavors that he holds close to his heart: The Annual Holiday Food Drive to benefit the Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry and CASA Kane County.
